Can the Charts be customized with my logo?
Yes, they can but unless the quantity is very large, it gets expensive to print either the Desk Charts or Posters as we use a quality photo offset rather than digital printing process. We designed the chart Poster and Desk Chart with a prominent spot for your business card to be attached and this is the perfect way to customize these items with your contact info.

Can I just make copies of the hand out charts?
No. All of our products are copyright protected. We offer significant discounts for quantity purchases and are now offering a super-value price version of our handout charts which are photo-offset printed on 100lb. brochure stock and are cheaper in quantity than inferior color laser copies.

Can I adjust the Insurance cost to reflect more closely the actual cost for my area?
The actual insurance cost is programmed at a common $2.90 per thousand dollars of loan amount. You can however simply add any extra insurance cost to the next input field for maintenance. These are both in the same category and are treated properly for your customer’s calculation.

Can I put a link on my web site to your calculator?
Yes you can. You can also make it your calculator by purchasing the customized version and adding your logo, picture, contact info and links to your web site and email. We will host this on our server or you can put it on your own. Add this link to your email signature and hand it out to your agents for a direct line back to you with questions and applications.

Do you plan on adding any new features like "interest-only" and "piggy-back" loan options?
The calculator was not designed to be complicated. It was designed to allow almost anyone to use it as a “big picture” tool to illustrate the overall benefit of home ownership and to do so very quickly. There are other software based programs on the market that allow alternative options, they are however priced accordingly. Our calculator can be used for free, purchased on disc for only $29 or customized for under a hundred. We think that’s more than fair and extremely competitive for everything that it does do.

Yes, we’ve even designed a few of the slides specifically for that purpose. We want you to customize these in any way you see fit to tailor them to your market and audience.
